Had a harrowing hit and run experience in 2025. They took time out of their busy schedule to look at my damage the same day for me. This had never happened me before so I didn’t know what to do. They... explained the process, gave me lots of guidance, and eventually we got the car fixed. They were on the end of the phone for me every step of the way when I had any questions or queries.I have been consistently using their services since 2023, no job is too big or too small and they are so accommodating. Just the loveliest and the best. John and Penney and the garage were all a huge help when my wife and I got locked out of our rental car while on vacation. Spent hours troubleshooting and trying... different ways of accessing the car. They finally did and rescued all our valuables.
